# Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager manages key clients’ projects. The role is crucial to the success of the project. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress, and prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
Main KPIs:
- On-time delivery, within budget and quality standards
- Client Satisfaction and effective communication with Head of PM and presales team
- Revenue, margins, and DSO of the project
- Work with contracts team to review client contracts to mitigate implementation risks
- Coordinate with technical managers to ensure skills readiness before project kick-off
- Manage handover from bidding to operations team
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Prepare detailed project timelines and schedules
- Identify risks and develop action plans
- Communicate project objectives and responsibilities clearly
- Monitor project progress and manage daily activities
- Represent Giza Systems in client meetings
- Maintain continuous communication among stakeholders
- Proactively address challenges and issues
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and material delivery
- Review and ensure quality of all client deliverables
- Follow up on approvals and compile acceptance sheets
- Measure project performance with appropriate tools
- Monitor invoicing and support revenue collection
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs changes
- Track performance to meet goals and initiate corrective actions
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Report and escalate issues to management
- Ensure project revenue and cash flow are on track
- Manage client relationships and communication
- Update Account Manager on project progress
- Manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure team awareness of deliverables and roles
- Manage project costs and resource allocation
- Assess training needs of team members
- Prepare monthly progress reports
- Document project progress and manage important documents
- Transfer technical knowledge to clients as applicable
- Develop lessons learned logs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Computer skills, including Primavera and/or Microsoft Project
Technical Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Leadership in maintenance teams for power substations
- Develop and oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshooting
- Compliance with SEC standards and vendor specifications
- Mentoring engineers, safety engineers, and technicians
- Coordinate with SEC for performance reporting
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical or Communication Engineering
