Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical/ HT/MV motor repair is a must.
• Strong knowledge of rotary machine testing & maintenance.

We're Hiring: Workshop Supervisor

Role Purpose

Responsible for day-to-day coordination of the Company's Workshop activities; preparation and execution for on-going planned works, control allocation of equipment/tools, utilize and lead all workshop craftsmen, stock control for consumable material and goods received/dispatch and packing.

Location: Dammam | Division: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop schedules & technicians
• Ensure safety, quality & compliance (HSE)
• Oversee repairs, diagnostics & inventory control
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Be responsible for the safe loading and offloading in the workshop and ensures that the working Areas are adequately maintained, organized and kept in a clean and tidy condition.
• Plan and maintain Preventive and Corrective maintenance for all workshop equipment.
• Follow daily time sheet for all workshop craftsmen and maintain correct record.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in electrical/ HT/MV motor repair is a must

Strong knowledge of rotary machine testing & maintenance

Computer proficiency (Excel, Word)

Excellent communication & leadership skills
