Job Description

Job Purpose: Generate profitable enterprise services business. Develop the market and identify business-building opportunities via collaborative partnerships with vendors and customers. Deliver maximum customer satisfaction through proper account management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business related:
  • Manage end-to-end IT solution and services sales for KSA to achieve monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
  • Generate new leads, qualify leads, form BOQ, develop value propositions, strategize pricing, negotiate, and close sales to expand customer base.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the assigned business area.
  • Propose cost-effective solutions in collaboration with various teams. Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable from customers.
  • Customer related:
    • Maintain existing customers, address escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
    • Engage regularly with existing customers to identify new opportunities and ensure quality service.
    • Conduct periodic meetings with vendors to update them on engaged customers and discuss pricing benefits.

    Job Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in channel or corporate service sales.
    • Manage existing business and develop new business from identified markets.
    • Preferably, candidates with experience working in KSA.
    • Experience in the same domain is highly preferred.
    • Resource with technical understanding is preferred to easily grasp business concepts.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
