Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Electrical Engineer with site operation experience in dry utilities projects to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
2. Assist in both single and multi-disciplinary bids, focusing on winning strategies.
3. Foster relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
4. Build, motivate, and lead a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
5. Report on project performance and progress.
6. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a positive Health & Safety culture within the team.
7. Help develop a highly motivated and high-performing team, creating opportunities for individual growth.
8. Offer technical expertise on various large engineering projects.
9. Support design and budget processes, driving projects from tender to delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.
10. Enhance networking profile with both internal and external clients.

Requirements:

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or project.
3. Experience with a combination of the following skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong technical writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with programs such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux Softea, and Revit/BIM.

Ability to process paper/electronic documents and use computer equipment.
