Role Overview

The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and senior management in overseeing project contracts, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise team activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures and policies.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop project briefs, work breakdown structures, and project timelines.
2. Assist procurement teams with consultancy workstreams, including RFP preparation, tender evaluation, and contract management.
3. Review project strategies and deliverables, resolving design and constructability issues.
4. Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and schedules.
5. Monitor financial performance and report variances.
6. Lead the development of project delivery timelines for contract documentation.
7. Report project progress and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Develop recommendations and action plans for project issues.
9. Assess change management and identify opportunities for process improvements.
10. Prepare reports and manage project risks.
11. Lead the creation and implementation of project management, design, and quality plans.
12. Liaise with technical departments and stakeholders to support project delivery.
13. Coordinate feasibility studies and stakeholder reviews.
14. Ensure risk communication and mitigation strategies are in place.
15. Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions.
16. Verify resource allocation and project financials.
17. Support bidding processes and site surveys.
18. Manage design reports and stakeholder engagement.
19. Address contractual and commercial issues with contractors and consultants.

Knowledge & Skills

Extensive project management knowledge, familiarity with international codes, leadership skills, effective communication, and proficiency in project management software.

Experience & Qualifications

8-10+ years in mega project design, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager; experience in KSA or GCC preferred. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering; postgraduate and professional registration preferred. Sustainability certifications like LEED are advantageous.
