AlWatania Information Systems is a trusted provider of SAP consulting services, specializing in harnessing the power of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to optimize talent management in organizations. We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our clients' talent management processes by configuring the system to meet their specific needs and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
• Engage with clients to understand their talent management requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Configure the system for performance management, succession planning, learning, and other talent management processes
• Provide training and support to end-users on the functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful system integration and functionality
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to the Talent Management system to ensure smooth operations
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and talent management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with at least 2 talent modules
• 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, specifically within Talent Management (at least 2 modules)
• Familiarity with talent management best practices and strategies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Prior experience in delivering end-user training is advantageous
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
