• Nationality: Any
• Experience in Placement Broking
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, or Engineering (Insurance focus is a plus)

Job Description

1. Identify appropriate markets independently.
2. Send requests for proposals and negotiate with the market.
3. Place Policies accordingly.
4. Obtain firm order confirmation from the Account Manager before finalizing with the market.
5. Receive, check, and provide Policy Documents issued by the insurer / WTW to the Account Manager.
6. Produce and verify the accuracy of Acceptance Slips, Policy Wordings, and Renewal Premium Comparison Schedules.
7. Contribute to process improvements and system utilization.
8. Adhere to Group Policies and Procedures, and comply with local and external regulations.
9. Discuss client requirements with the market, negotiate risks, and obtain the best deals and quotes, including alternatives.
10. Maintain good internal relationships and pass on skills and knowledge to develop others.
11. Develop and maintain market/underwriting relationships through effective communication at all process stages.
