Location: Rawdah, Riyadh

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Specialist, who must be a Saudi citizen, to manage all human resources functions and office administration for Alogayell Group. This role will oversee HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and KPI management, and will ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws. Additionally, the HR Specialist will handle all necessary governmental department visits and administrative duties for a team of around 200 employees, including engineers and laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Handle all employee relations, providing support and addressing concerns when necessary.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for staff performance, working with management to align them with company goals.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure the company complies with employment laws and policies.
  • Coordinate with governmental departments for employee-related processes such as work permits, social insurance, and any other legal requirements.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including managing supplies, assisting with company documentation, and providing support to management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and efficient.
  • Advise and support department managers in matters related to workforce planning and development.
  • Facilitate and manage performance review processes, offering guidance on feedback and development plans.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions and conflict resolution within the workforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the contracting and engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with governmental procedures and requirements for HR-related topics.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with KPIs and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing HR functions for a company with a large workforce (e.g., 200 employees or more).
  • Knowledge of engineering and contracting sector workforce needs.
