Technician will be responsible for site electrical substation works.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Supervise electrical equipment installation works.
• Implement safety procedures and detect near misses incidents.
• Apply the Zero Deviation plan and conduct weekly safety inspections with all subcontractor agencies.
• Report unsafe practices to the Site Manager & Safety Officer.
• Review installation drawings and report deviations to the Site Manager.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Site Manager.
• Implement quality procedures and method statements for all installation activities.
• Record all incoming equipment and materials on delivery, report deviations or damages to the Site Manager.
• Monitor and record equipment and material issues to subcontractors, and oversee delivery schedules.
• Manage and record daily attendance of hired employees such as storekeepers, office boys, drivers, and technicians.
• Assist the Site Manager/Site Engineer in material and progress inspections with clients.
• Control site establishment costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain site housekeeping, cleanliness, and a healthy environment.
• Ensure safety and security of site materials.
• Support development of red markup drawings for as-built documentation and punch list clearance.
• Build good relationships with clients and report client concerns to the Site Manager/Engineer.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team spirit among all project agencies and team members.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, registered with the Saudi Council of Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of site experience in electrical fields.
• Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship or time restrictions.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication skills.
