Fuda Energy is looking for a Marketing Business Development Executive!

Location: Dammam, KSA

Function: Marketing

Responsibilities
  1. Market Research & Strategy Development
  2. Identify new market segments, emerging trends, and business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
  3. Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to position our solutions effectively.
  4. Work with management to define and refine go-to-market strategies and sales targets.
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries, including government, commercial enterprises, and private clients.
  3. Develop sales plans, expand sales channels, and achieve sales targets.
  4. Present solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our technology can address their needs.
  1. Partnerships & Alliances
  2. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders.
  3. Explore opportunities for joint ventures, collaborations, and partnerships to expand market reach.
  1. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
  2. Develop deep knowledge of the company's products and services, including software, hardware, and data analytics capabilities.
  3. Educate clients on the benefits of technology and integration into their operations.
  1. Sales Enablement & Reporting
  2. Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights to senior management.
  3. Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging.
  1. Client Support & Retention
  2. Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.
  3. Foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in business development or sales, preferably in Oil & Gas sectors. Proven success in securing new business and maintaining client relationships. Experience with enterprise clients or public sector organizations is advantageous.

Skills: Excellent communication in English, presentation, negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
