Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Overseeing BMS, IoT, and ELV works.
2. Undertaking surveys and reviewing initial drawings (DWG).
3. Analyzing site layouts and generating BOQ.
4. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure adherence to specifications.
5. Supervising contracted staff.
6. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
7. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and project managers.
8. Providing technical advice and problem-solving assistance on site.
9. Maintaining and preparing site reports.
10. Ensuring health and safety policies and legislations are followed on site.
11. Submitting daily activity reports to the project manager.
12. Updating project progress status weekly to the project manager.
13. Carrying out BMS, IoT, and ELV activities (e.g., sensors, DDC panels, conduits, cabling, termination) according to standards and guidelines.
14. Providing job training to staff to achieve project goals.
15. Verifying routine inspection documents of works.
16. Obtaining necessary permits from state and local authorities to execute projects.
17. Maintaining inventory records and controlling the use of tools, equipment, safety items, and PPE.
18. Preparing and communicating BOQ prior to project start-up and coordinating with project and logistics managers.
19. Ensuring all required materials meet client requirements and standards.
20. Meeting all legal and municipal requirements for projects.
21. Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and coordinating with the HSE department for effective implementation.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama and driving license.
• Familiarity with BMS, ELC, ICT, IoT, and other low-current systems.
• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, computer science, or mechatronics engineering.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and other office tools.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• High-level communication skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive software solutions.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and user-friendly.
