Role Purpose:

To provide field services/onsite support to clients. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting generators, transformers, and switch gears. The role involves direct interaction with customers.

Accountabilities:

1. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain generators, motors, and switch gears.
2. Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
3. Operate testing instruments for transformers, switch gear, and cables.
4. Respond promptly to customer issues and resolve them according to standard work procedures provided by engineers.
5. Properly document all service activities, including time sheets and testing reports at the site.
6. Monitor staff performance, including time management and quality of work, to ensure effective and efficient operations.
7. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development based on individual goals and competencies.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

• 4-6 years of field service/on-site experience.
