This position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Media/Film/TV Production, Arts, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, and 8-12 years of relevant experience in media production, show execution, and content creation for entertainment venues or theme parks. Experience in managerial roles within media or show production and project management certification (e.g., PMP) are preferred.

The role involves overseeing media production processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications, fostering collaboration among departments and external partners, and managing media vendors. The candidate will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement, media material approval, and on-site media and show integration, along with preparing presentations for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety standards, empowering teams to exercise their Stop Work authority.
• Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
• Provide regular updates on media production initiatives, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage tendering and contracts, ensuring stakeholder input supports project goals.
• Enhance interdepartmental and external collaboration for media and show integration.
• Supervise media production, ensuring compliance with specifications and WOW standards.
• Engage with stakeholders and contractors to meet high-quality standards.
• Oversee media material review and approval processes.
• Conduct workshops and mock-ups to resolve integration challenges.
• Evaluate media submissions for quality and compliance.
• Distribute critical media information among stakeholders.
• Coordinate on-site media and show integration, meeting all objectives.
• Support other divisions with media and show production needs.
• Prepare and deliver media project presentations to senior management.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in media production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro), experience with immersive media technologies, and familiarity with show elements and AV integration in theme parks. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Japanese is advantageous. Experience working in KSA/Middle East is preferred.
