Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures related to construction activities.
2. Implement and maintain ISO 9000 quality procedures; coordinate electrical power availability for lift testing.
3. Supervise all installation works on-site.
4. Verify the building's actual location and study lift, hoist-way, and escalator details.
5. Coordinate with the main contractor on equipment and material delivery and storage.
6. Ensure site structural dimensions match shop drawings.
7. Conduct regular site inspections focusing on quality and safety issues.
8. Monitor construction progress and plan installation schedules.
9. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely and defect-free work.
10. Manage and supervise the discipline, morale, and performance of team members.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience as an Installation Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
3. Experience managing teams of installers, testers, and subcontractors.
4. Strong technical knowledge of lift and escalator installation.
5. Knowledge of ISO procedures.
6. Results-oriented team player.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
