The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Sales, CRM, HR) and a proven track record in manpower business development. This role is critical to streamlining operations, enhancing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing industry.

• Utilize Odoo ERP to manage and optimize workflows across Sales, CRM, and HR modules.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
