Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to lead the growth and optimization of our manpower services, with a strong focus on utilizing Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Sales, CRM, HR) and a proven track record in manpower business development. This role is critical to streamlining operations, enhancing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing industry.
Utilize Odoo ERP to manage and optimize workflows across Sales, CRM, and HR modules.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, operations, and finance, to align service delivery with client expectations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
