The Senior Manager, Corporate Secretariat & Office of the CEO is a mission-critical leadership position within ITFC, responsible for managing the operational, strategic, and governance scope of the CEO’s Office. This includes serving as the institutional focal point for Board governance and shareholder relations, ensuring the Office functions with efficiency, confidentiality, and strategic alignment.

The role involves executive coordination, stakeholder engagement, and fiduciary responsibility for ITFC’s governance architecture, including the Board of Directors, committees, and the General Assembly. It requires a professional skilled in governance protocols, secretariat procedures, workflows, and stakeholder interfacing within a multilateral development bank framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Corporate Secretariat & Governance Oversight
  2. Act as Secretary to ITFC’s Board, Committees, and General Assembly, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and policies.
  3. Lead planning and documentation for meetings, including agendas, briefs, resolutions, and minutes.
  4. Coordinate with the Legal Department for document clearance and maintain secure records.
  5. Monitor governance regulations and update policies as needed.
  1. CEO Office Management & Strategic Support
  2. Manage the CEO’s operational environment, including scheduling, correspondence, and mission planning.
  3. Develop high-impact communications and supervise administrative staff.
  4. Establish SOPs, tracking systems, and dashboards for decision support.
  5. Act as the primary interface for stakeholders and oversee protocol and travel arrangements.
  1. Institutional Alignment & Strategic Coordination
  2. Coordinate between the CEO and departments to implement directives and monitor decisions.
  3. Maintain a strategic log of issues and facilitate internal alignment meetings.
Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Certification: Master’s in Law, Public/Business Administration, or related; governance certifications preferred.

Experience: At least 6 years in governance, executive management, or secretariat roles within similar organizations.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of governance frameworks, board processes, compliance, and digital tools.

Core Attributes: Emotional intelligence, discretion, organizational skills, and cultural sensitivity.

Language Skills

English and Arabic or French are required.
