An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR and administrative functions in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and setting up new offices from scratch. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in HR management, particularly in establishing new branches, and possess a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws. Job Responsibilities:
1.HR management including TA, TD, C&B, performance management, and so on.
2.Daily office operations, facilities management, procurement, manage budgets for admin expenses and optimize cost.
3.Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, visas, and regulatory compliance.
4.Establish new offices/branches from scratch, including legal registrations, staffing, and infrastructure setup.
5.Develop localized HR policies and admin frameworks compliant with Saudi regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.5-10 years of HR&Admin experiences in Saudi Arabia, especially setting up new offices or subsidiaries experiences.
2.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3.In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Saudization policies, and local cultural norms.
4.Strong organizational, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
5.Fluency in English, basic Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
