The Project Manager manages key clients’ projects. The role of the project manager is key to the success of the project. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Head of PM and presales team to understand the project being evaluated to ensure successful bid management.
- Work with the contracts team to review the client contract before signing to mitigate implementation risks.
- Coordinate with technical managers to ensure availability of proper skills before project kick-off.
- Manage the handover process from the bidding team to the operations team.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed project time plans and schedules.
- Identify risks and develop action plans.
- Ensure clear communication of project objectives and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and manage daily activities.
- Represent Giza Systems in meetings with clients.
- Maintain continuous communication among stakeholders.
- Proactively manage challenges and issues.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Review and approve client deliverables.
- Manage project performance measurement and invoicing.
- Support revenue collection and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
- Track project performance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and report as needed.
- Manage client relationships and update internal teams on project progress.
- Manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources and monitor team progress.
- Assess training needs and prepare progress reports.
- Document project progress and manage project documentation.
- Manage customer communications and knowledge transfer.
- Develop lessons learned logs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
