Job Description:

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Al Futtaim Electric Mobility by identifying and cultivating relationships with both potential and existing fleet customers. This position is focused on presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) clients, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

What you will do:

  1. Achieve quarterly/annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead.
  2. Develop a strong relationship with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans.
  3. Maintain and cultivate the relationship with the B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support.
  4. Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  5. Be the single point of contact for all key accounts related inquiries or concerns for Al Futtaim.
  6. Identify product and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitors’ activities.
  7. Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of customer data capture and accuracy at all points of sale.
  8. Prepare fleet reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  9. Maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to identify product and service improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  2. KSA automotive B2B (Fleet) experience.
  3. 5 years in dealership or major account sales role dealing with rental, government, and corporate organizations.
  4. Strong knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards.
  5. Understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  6. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  7. Ideally has strong operational experience in both aftersales & sales.
  8. Competence in computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
