Job description

We are looking for an Installer with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site installation of equipment, with a primary focus on safety and compliance with KONE's standards. The installer will proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Safety: Prioritize site safety by applying good safety practices, proactive risk identification, and STOP and GO principles.
2. Customer Communication: Manage on-site communication with customers and coordinate with the Field Supervisor.
3. Environment Management: Oversee the installation environment and ensure the security of equipment through proper storage and handling.
4. Installation: Perform installation according to instructions and schedule, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
5. Reporting: Report progress to the Field Supervisor.
6. Tooling and Feedback: Maintain safety and condition of tools; contribute to product improvement through feedback.
7. Response to Issues: React swiftly to unexpected events by communicating with the Field Supervisor.
8. Lean Principles: Apply lean principles to avoid work interruptions and promote huddles initiatives.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Vocational Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed elevator company.
