Job description

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : ₹1,60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the conceptual and detailed design development of architectural projects.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to establish design objectives and deliver outstanding solutions.

Manage all phases of design including master planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.

Ensure that design output aligns with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams to promote creative excellence and technical accuracy.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure cohesive design integration.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met during construction.

Review and approve design deliverables and construction documents.

Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, materials, and technologies.

Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Registered Architect / Member of a recognized architectural body (preferred).

4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Ability to manage projects and coordinate design teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive design excellence.

Experience with sustainable and green building design practices.

Ability to balance creative design with technical and practical execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with international codes and standards (for multinational projects).
