About the location:
As a Food Server at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will play a key role in delivering a top-tier dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a flawless experience by providing expert knowledge of our diverse food and beverage menu.
Our menus, designed by world-class chefs, offer a wide selection of culinary delights that cater to varied tastes. As a server, you will need a deep understanding of each dish, including the ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors. This expertise will enable you to make informed recommendations and respond confidently to any guest queries.
Your passion for food and beverage will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and delight with every meal.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of food service or related experience, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
Ability to carry and balance a tray.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create rapport with guests and team members.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A passion for providing excellent customer service.
