We are looking for a Reporting Manager to join our ongoing PMC project in Riyadh. This role involves leading the development of reporting structures, managing project reports, designing dashboards, and supporting project controls to ensure accurate and effective communication of project data.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop harmonized reporting structures and tools, including reports and dashboards.
2. Manage the creation of portfolio and program reports covering progress, cost, cash flow, risk, and schedule.
3. Design and oversee interactive dashboards and real-time reporting tools.
4. Collaborate with the Project Controls Director to ensure report accuracy and completeness.
5. Oversee report review processes, engaging stakeholders and ensuring data visualization quality.
6. Develop industry best practices and engage in organizational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and familiar with BI tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
