Job description

Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the optical / medical channel in your territory.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships across all assigned channels in your territory.

Leading all aspects of customer account management, including negotiating annual contracts and following up on customer performance quarterly and annually.

Ensuring timely communication of Johnson & Johnson's quarterly plan of actions with customers in the assigned territory.

Informing customers about new products or promotions relevant to their needs or preferences, and addressing queries about delivery or product quality.

Planning and Analysis
  • Planning calls to clients (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), considering tasks of the client's potential development in SF.com.
  • Filling in visit data in SF.com or reporting formats.
  • Participating in creating business plans for the entrusted territory.
  • Participating in trainings and educational courses according to the developed plan and instructions from the sales manager.
  • Maintaining and developing necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborating with the Account Manager to improve sales skills, increase product knowledge, and enhance overall work effectiveness.
  • Controlling the availability of resources necessary for the team to accomplish objectives.
Reporting
  • Submitting calls timely and completely on SF.com.
  • Regularly updating the POA cycle plan and segmentation as aligned with the line manager.
  • Providing other reports and operational information promptly as instructed.
Essential Functions
  • Providing excellent and considerate customer service to customers and the sales team, including internal and external communication.
  • Meeting department goals and objectives.
  • Having excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
Experience Required
  • Education: University degree in Optometry or Pharmaceutical Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant account management experience.
  • Experience in the optical industry.
