The role involves participating in reviewing specifications, documenting quality assurance activities, and analyzing and improving operational performance to guarantee customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality management policies and procedures aligned with operation and maintenance standards.
  • Review product and process specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Document quality assurance activities and prepare necessary reports.
  • Develop and draft instructions and guidelines to ensure quality performance.
  • Maintain records of complaints and non-conformities, conducting root cause analysis.
