HR Business Partner

A leading Trading Company in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a critical role within one of their divisions.

This role will be responsible for standardizing HR policies and procedures across the various Business Units:

1. Align with all the Business Unit Heads
2. Change Management
3. Develop Performance Management and Training Programs

This role requires the following:

1. Minimum of 8-10 years of HR Experience
2. Minimum of 3/4 years in a Business Partner role
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong influencing skills
5. Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 SAR/month

Role to be based in Jeddah.
