Job Description

As the Interface Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders involved in our EPC projects. You will be responsible for managing interfaces between different disciplines, teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project delivery. Candidates must have experience in international companies and mega projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Regularly update the technical department on future project requirements.
• Manage interactions across multiple work streams for major EPC projects, providing relevant expertise and coordination among teams for the Project Director.
• Represent the project where appropriate to contractors, consulting firms, and service providers.
• Identify and define interfaces at the earliest opportunity.
• Develop an interdependency schedule for interfaces.
• Create an interface coordinators list from engineering, procurement, construction, transport, hook-up, and other relevant organizations.
• Standardize and coordinate procedures between contractors.
• Initiate regular technical interface coordination meetings with relevant participants.
• Develop action lists with assigned ownership and due dates to support the project schedule.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for each contractor to minimize conflicts.
• Promote clear communication between contractors for successful project delivery.
• Establish conference calls to monitor the progress of actions and ensure proper coordination.
• Document interface requests and exchanges of design documents according to the interface management plan.
• Maintain interface documentation as per the plan.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of technical and commercial aspects of interfaces.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in international companies and mega projects.
