At IFS, as a Senior Presales Consultant, you will collaborate with account teams, prospects, and existing customers to qualify and scope requirements. Your goal will be to help them understand how IFS ERP, EAM, and Service Management Solutions deliver positive outcomes for their organization.

You will need to be comfortable engaging with external stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical management, and architectural teams, to position IFS as the preferred partner for adopting and enabling IFS solutions in our core industry verticals. You will often serve as the primary interface between our customer and local & offshore delivery teams.
Our customers are typically mid to large enterprises across six key verticals: Aerospace & Defense, Energy/Utilities & Resources, Manufacturing, Engineering/Construction & Infrastructure, Service, and Telecoms. Industry knowledge in some of these sectors will be advantageous for acting as a trusted advisor and technology ambassador.
This role involves providing complex solutions and includes requirements gathering, solution configuration, delivering presentations to both executive and technical audiences, and representing IFS at conferences and trade shows. You should be comfortable discussing innovative solutions and facing new customer challenges.
Ideally, you have extensive experience in presales, consulting, or solution design with ERP or Asset Management solutions like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Maximo, or Infor. Experience with solutions in the key industries mentioned is highly regarded.
You should have experience engaging in long and complex sales cycles, with deals exceeding $500,000.
