Job description

At Electra, we seek talented individuals who share our vision to be the preferred contracting partner for local and international clients wishing to establish Events or Exhibitions within the GCC.

Under the guidance of the Store & Warehouse / Logistics Manager, the Expeditor is responsible for completing the delivery cycle, from order placement to Goods Receipt Note (GRN) booking.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Execute daily operations to support Electra effectively.
  2. Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods and services.
  3. Maintain accurate business system data for reporting and performance, including uploading delivery documents and creating GRN transactions.
  4. Conduct physical counts and receive goods, verifying correctness against documentation prior to upload.
  5. Prepare and analyze reports such as Open Purchase Reports.
  6. Engage with stakeholders to promote ethical standards among vendors.
  7. Handle petty cash responsibly.
  8. Meet SLA/KPI targets for assigned processes.
  9. Achieve departmental objectives.
