Job description

A global MNC is looking for a Sales Head/ Leader in consumer appliances in the KSA region.

Role

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company in KSA to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales and profit target.
  • If needed, build and develop the sales organization and set individual sales targets to sales team, monitor the achievement, and evaluate performance of sales staff.
  • Build and manage strong business relationships with Distributors and all the key Modern Trade/ Traditional Trade accounts under sales portfolio.
  • Manage and oversee the profitability by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve company’s objectives.
  • Develop promotions and activities to increase sales performance.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Collect Market/Customer/Competitor information.
  • Coordinate with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions in home appliance sector
