Housekeeping Manager - KSA


We are working with a leading hospitality group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, seeking to add a Housekeeping Manager to their team. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within a hotel. We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, personable, and passionate about the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and providing guidance and support to employees.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training new housekeepers, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Tracking and ordering cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Reporting any issues with rooms, equipment, or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
  • Creating and updating cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and effective cleaning practices.

Salary package: SAR 11,000 - 12,000 + full expat benefits
