Role Summary

lead ERP implementations and handle ongoing client requests. You'll play a dual role managing new project rollouts and serving as the first point of contact for technical support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead full ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Understand client requirements and configure ERP workflows accordingly.
• Provide client training and post-go-live onboarding.
• Handle support tickets and respond to system issues, change requests, and user inquiries.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve bugs or deliver enhancements.
• Document client interactions, configurations, and change logs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing system effectiveness.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field.
• 3+ years in ERP or enterprise software implementation/support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and business analysis skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
