Job Description
This position is responsible for implementing and managing existing contracts and strategies in the current project in Middle East region.
- Solid verifiable experience in managing FIDIC-based re-measurable subcontracts for EPC contractor(s).
- Deep understanding of contract commercial models (Unit rates, reimbursable, Lump Sum) and contract administration principles.
- Change and claim management and administration.
- Managing contractual meetings, preparing detailed MOM, and experience in contractual correspondence (Letters, Site instructions, CCO, MOM, etc.).
- Collaborate with project teams (engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, commercial) to achieve project goals, focusing on Contracting Strategy, Proposals, Sourcing, Contracting Awards, and Project Contract Execution.
- Implement project subcontract strategies considering project duration, working with planning and cost estimation to understand budget allocations.
- Manage contract performance and provide structured weekly and monthly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years in contracts, construction contracting, or management on EPC contractor side.
- Understanding of Air Products offerings and markets.
- Experience in contracts and contractual language.
- Excellent English skills; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
