Senior Traffic Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Traffic Manager to join our team. As a Senior Traffic Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing traffic operations for our Civil Engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing and implementing traffic management plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic within project sites. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement traffic management plans in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
2. Coordinate with government authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for traffic operations
3. Conduct traffic impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation measures
4. Monitor traffic conditions and implement real-time adjustments to traffic management plans as needed
5. Manage and coordinate traffic personnel and equipment for efficient traffic flow
6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure traffic management requirements are incorporated into project planning and design
7. Prepare and present traffic reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in the civil engineering industry
3. In-depth knowledge of traffic regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
4. Proficiency in traffic management software and tools
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8. Proven leadership and team management capabilities
