- Configure and onboard new merchants in the Nymcard platform, ensuring accuracy across all system fields and settings.
- Enter merchant data, payment parameters, and integration details based on defined business and technical requirements.
- Validate and test configurations to confirm successful setup and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and other departments to gather and verify merchant onboarding requirements.
- Track onboarding progress and update internal systems and stakeholders on setup status.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on merchant configurations and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with data standards, operational checklists, and internal controls.
- Support process improvements for onboarding efficiency and configuration accuracy.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, merchant configuration, or operational onboarding—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Experience working with backend admin systems; familiarity with Nymcard is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of payment processing systems, APIs, and merchant integration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and system configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system and configuration issues.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
