The Role of the Pierre Herm Venue Manager

The Pierre Herm Venue Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the retail and F&B components of the venue. This position requires a hybrid skill set that blends luxury retail expertise with high-end food and beverage management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and brand integrity.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail and/or high-end F&B environment.
  • Background in both hospitality and retail is essential; experience in patisserie/boutique cafes preferred.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional guest engagement and customer experience focus.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and training skills for leading a diverse team.
  • Experience with POS systems, retail merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
