Job Description
- Read daily events to acknowledge VIP arrivals.
- Know all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods; relay this information to guests politely and concisely when asked.
- Serve and clear food and beverages professionally and unobtrusively.
- Ensure guest satisfaction, handle problems promptly, and inform managers of any issues and resolutions.
- Follow cash and credit card procedures as per accounting guidelines.
- Keep work station stocked with condiments at all times.
- Report guest comments regarding food and beverages to the manager.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
- Maintain knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, and hotel features.
- Keep service and storage areas safe and clean.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage service.
- Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of F&B products.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
