Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Local Sales Manager to join our team in Badr City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

- Train and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance
