Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a Public Relations & Business Development Manager who needs to play a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s visibility, reputation, and growth in Saudi Arabia.

As a Public Relations & Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing communication initiatives, fostering media relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Your work will directly impact our brand image and market presence.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  2. Gather insights on market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Business Development
  1. Identify market drivers and strategies to develop and steer sales approaches.
  2. Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact, regular job site visits with customers, and cold calling.
  3. Proactively identify potential leads and nurture relationships.
  4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders within the organization, especially with the global expertise center and country sales and engineering network and resources.
  5. Be proactively involved and accountable from tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling.
  6. Identify targeted marketing activities to reach potential clients.
  7. Explore partnership opportunities with other organizations.
Public Relations & Marketing
  1. Work closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to align PR efforts with business goals.
  2. Develop and implement PR strategies to position Doka as the leader in the industry.
  3. Manage media relationships and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels in alignment with global communication guidelines and strategy.
  4. Identify targeted marketing activities to reach potential clients.
  5. Drive local marketing activities according to the marketing calendar.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with corporate design and communication guidelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Outstanding commercial business acumen.
  • Strong sales affinity; ideally a proven track record as a BD Manager in a construction company or similar.
  • Hands-on approach and mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proactive personality coupled with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to continuously improve.
