Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented
  • Generate profitable sales through a consultative approach for turnkey solutions in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Security, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and related third-party smart systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Siemens Building Automation, Security, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Promote Siemens Fire Safety products and services to key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Analyze market conditions and build a network of stakeholders.
  • Gather market data to inform business growth strategies.
  • Manage accounts and maintain relationships with key local and national contractors, EPC, and MEP contractors, focusing on sectors like healthcare, data centers, commercial, higher education, telecom, and infrastructure.
  • Build relationships with key end users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, as well as engineering and consulting firms, to identify and influence early-stage projects.
  • Manage the full sales process, including technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract compliance, ensuring positive cash flow and risk management.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Possess strong market and domain knowledge in key verticals such as healthcare, data centers, hospitality, education, defense, telecom, and banking.
  • Collaborate across business units and departments, leveraging cross-selling opportunities and Siemens' brand strength.
  • Report to the Area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Business, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Computer Science Engineering from a reputable university.
  • 7-10 years of relevant sales and solution development experience in Saudi Arabia, with 5-7 years in building solutions including BMS, LCS, Security, and Fire Alarm systems, preferably with manufacturers or channel partners.
  • Understanding of value-selling in a premium solution market.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Management, Lighting Control (KNX), and Security systems products and solutions.
  • Deep market knowledge of contractors, consultants, and end-users in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Good understanding of Saudi contract law and terms.
  • Self-driven, proactive team player with strong organizational and sales management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
