Job description

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operational tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives, and territory analysis for maximum sales effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by delivering high-quality, competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales and business performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and ensure accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring adoption and compliance with the sales process, and identifying opportunities for improvement in sales systems and processes.
The Profile
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Sales Operations, or Sales Support role, preferably within IT Services, Media & Entertainment, or Software/SaaS industries.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong experience in consultative sales and managing senior-level relationships.
  • You are a networker and relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numerical data.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
  • Having a valid QID is considered a plus.
