About the location:

Located in the iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, our hotel is a hub of style and sophistication. The redesigned interiors showcase Saudi heritage and craftsmanship, while our team offers personalized service and hospitality.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Maintain good relationships with staff across departments.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Respond to guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Handle confidential matters with tact and discretion.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors, including cross-training in other hotel areas.
• Implement the 10/5 Rule during work hours.
• Follow payroll and uniform procedures.
• Conduct daily maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment, including checking gas lines, detection panels, fire suppression systems, and gas valves.
• Attend daily briefings and execute maintenance orders promptly.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems in the kitchen.
• Report defects immediately and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep tools and spare parts organized and readily available.
• Manage the electrical outlets maintenance program.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear.
• Assist in emergency situations and other engineering duties as required.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Undergo necessary training.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions, install, and calibrate equipment.
• Assemble and install ductwork, maintain fire sprinkler systems.
• Respond courteously to public inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Estimate resources needed for jobs, requisition materials.
• Assist in electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance for various equipment and renovations.
• Maintain detailed records and logs.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding maintenance issues.
