Job description

Own and deploy the EcoXpert partner program & strategy within the country, instigating new partnerships where there are opportunities and delivering on strategic growth ambitions for customer type A.

1. Growth
  • Grow the partner network by working with EcoXpert partners, providing governance, cadence, and assessment of the partners and the partner program.
  • Engage the EcoXpert partner community within SE, becoming an active community member.
  • Track and measure the EcoXpert partner sales pipeline, lead generation activities, sales promotion, and opportunity closures on a monthly basis.
  • Drive full Schneider Electric solutions through EcoXpert partners where opportunities arise.
  • Engage with target partners from the C-Suite down to become the first point of contact in your accounts.
  • Develop a robust funnel of opportunities and working practices to support growth ambitions.
2. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Enrich services business with partners by winning new contracts and developing new revenue streams.
3. Services Revenue
  • Grow the EcoXpert partner network by cultivating new relationships with potential partners across Power, Software, Services, and Edge sectors to support growth ambitions.
4. New Partner Sign-Up
  • Manage and forecast the team’s pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce.com to improve efficiency between sales, techno-commercial, and project delivery.
  • Track opportunities from concept to delivery, ensuring proper resourcing and engagement of supply chain partners.
  • Ensure the team is proficient in using Salesforce.com.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and passionate sales professional, well-organized with strong communication skills and capable of building lasting relationships. They should be highly customer-focused and willing to travel across the zone to support clients. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience are required.
