Role Summary

The incumbent will be hired as part of the HR Services team based in KSA and will be responsible for the delivery of the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of day-to-day operational HR activities using consistent policies, processes, and accurate data.
  • Act as a liaison between third-party vendors and JLL for staff iqama transfers, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage the iqama tracker to ensure all iqamas are active and renewals are completed on time for staff and dependents.
  • Handle exit and entry requests for staff and dependents.
  • Manage all letter requests, including employment, COCs, NOCs, experience certificates, etc.
  • Oversee medical insurance for staff and dependents.
  • Support the management of Qiwa contracts and GOSI for third-party staff.
  • Assist payroll processing, including rent advances, final settlements, and invoice processing.
  • Participate in the yearly audit process.
  • Support regional HR Operations as required.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed with high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant filing procedures.
