Hilti's Early Talent Program in Marketing is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers a comprehensive training experience, spanning 3-6 months, where participants will gain hands-on experience across various marketing roles and functions. The program aims to develop future marketing leaders by providing exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
4. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and web.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

What you need is:

1. Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
