Ebkar Childcare Center is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a holistic educational experience based on the EYFS framework, Curiosity Approach, and Hygge philosophy. The teacher will foster a safe, inspiring, and enriching environment that supports children’s growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver daily activities that align with EYFS and reflect child-led learning principles.
  • Design engaging classroom environments using authentic materials and open-ended setups.
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children and respond sensitively to their emotional needs.
  • Apply positive behavior strategies in line with Ebkar’s supportive philosophy.
  • Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate professionally with families, offering constructive feedback and encouraging involvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and follow educational leadership guidance.
  • Ensure health, safety, and organization of the learning environment.
