Early Career Trainee - Quality Project Manager Support

The Early Career Traineeship is designed for recent graduates. Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship lasts 12 months in Dammam, KSA, and aims to develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.


As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:


  • Attending classroom trainings and field jobs to understand quality project management and quality assurance.
  • Participating in pre-inspection meetings with customers.
  • Leading inspection notifications and tests, ensuring contractual compliance and documentation approval.
  • Attending final inspections with customer inspectors to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Reviewing and closing punch lists in collaboration with relevant functions.
  • Monitoring resolution of punch list items and following up with customers on IRC/IRN issuance.
  • Participating in critical tests and inspections with customer inspectors.
  • Attending meetings with customer representatives as required.
  • Issuing NCRs through the e-NCR system as per procedures.
  • Reporting customer complaints and maintaining records.
  • Ensuring timely availability of material certifications in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Monitoring documentation procedures for inspections, tests, and certifications.
  • Leading periodic reviews with the MDR team and verifying data accuracy.
  • Participating in project and manufacturing team meetings.
  • Identifying lessons learned during packaging activities.
  • Conducting continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives.
  • Analyzing quality performance using statistical tools.
  • Engaging with customers, third parties, or certifying authorities on quality issues.
  • Supporting QMR preparation with data analysis.

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical engineering, graduated within the last 24 months.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.

  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Possess a self-starting attitude.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.
