Job description

We have required "Kitchen Equipment Technician" for a leading Italian Fast Food Restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Profile:- Kitchen Equipment Technician

Role & responsibilities :-

• Regular inspections and maintenance of kitchen equipment or Appliances such as ovens, stoves, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, and Ventilation Systems in the relevant field.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Installing new equipment and ensuring proper functionality.
• Maintaining accurate records of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns during operating hours.
• Maintaining detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Experience:- Should have at least Min. 4+ years of exp. in he relevant field.
• Proven experience as a restaurant equipment technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their operation.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Availability: Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic can be advantageous.
• Certifications: If you have certifications in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems, be sure to mention them.
• Driving License:- Required Saudi DL (Light Vehicle)

Salary and benefits:- Basic:2,000 - 2200 SAR +Food Allowance: 200 SAR + Accommodation + Iqama and Medical Insurance + Transportation Co. Maintenance Car will be provided Company.

• Working Hours: 09 Hrs. / 6 Days a week.
• Gender :- Male
• Age Limit :- 22 - 36
• Contract Period :- 2 Years.
