Job Summary
Tetra Pak Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager responsible for proactively driving the growth of our Services business within a specific territory. This role involves industry mapping, identifying and pursuing business opportunities with existing transactional accounts, and securing future business. You will also develop and execute a Services sales plan aligned with our Market Growth Initiatives and customer objectives.
What You Will Do
- Achieve financial targets for the Services business with assigned transactional customers.
- Perform industry mapping within the territory and utilize digital tools (CRM/Salesforce) and data insights to maximize sales potential.
- Accelerate the Services sales funnel: generate, nurture, prioritize, and close sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and drive opportunities aligned with Tetra Pak’s global strategy and market initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet account receivable expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Ensure deployment of relevant Tetra Pak portfolio to deliver strong value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with Packaging, Processing, and Services teams to ensure sustainable business growth.
We Believe You Have
- Minimum 5 years of Sales, Services, or Business Development experience within Tetra Pak or at least 8 years externally.
- Proven success in generating new business.
- Understanding of local markets, customers, and portfolio to identify opportunities.
- Ability to assess and qualify leads across Packaging, Services, and Processing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong value selling skills.
- Expertise in stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Services portfolio, Customer Management, and Processing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adherence to commercial compliance.
