Job Summary:
The Business Support Office Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to c-level executives, specifically the CEO and MC, with their filing, Excel tasks, and PowerPoint presentations. The specialist must have an Expert level Microsoft certification and relevant experience within KSA.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist c-level executives with their filing, Excel work, and PowerPoint slides.
- Provide support in creating and formatting PowerPoint slides for presentations.
- Assist in generating reports and documentation as required.
- Perform Excel tasks such as data entry and analysis.
- Be willing to work overtime and weekends to meet business needs.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting c-level executives with filing, Excel work, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Expert level Microsoft certification is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP or OpenText ECM is a plus.
- Relevant work experience within KSA.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
